By accessing this website and placing an order, you agree to the terms set out below.

2. Orders & Contract Formation

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.

After placing an order, you will receive an automated confirmation email acknowledging receipt. This does not constitute acceptance of your order.

A contract between you and Hygge & Moss Ltd is formed when your order is dispatched.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if necessary, including in cases of pricing errors or suspected misuse.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£).

Payment is processed securely at checkout via Shopify and its integrated payment providers. We do not store or have access to your full payment details.

We reserve the right to amend prices at any time. The price charged will be the price displayed at checkout.

4. Delivery

Dispatch times and delivery information are outlined on our Delivery & Packaging page.

We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or circumstances outside our control.

Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.

5. Returns

Details of our returns process are available on our Returns page.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, products with broken tamper seals cannot be returned unless faulty.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

6. Product Use & Safety

Our cosmetic products are intended for external use only (unless otherwise stated).

Customers are responsible for following all safety guidance provided on product packaging, including patch testing where appropriate.

If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or under medical care, we recommend seeking professional advice before use.

7. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hygge & Moss Ltd shall not be liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products.
