Orders & Delivery
When will my order arrive?
Each order is prepared and packed carefully by hand. Please allow 3–5 working days for dispatch. Once on its way, most UK deliveries arrive within 2–4 working days.
Do you ship outside the UK?
At present, we ship within the UK only.
How will my order be packaged?
We use recyclable packaging wherever possible and avoid unnecessary materials. Each parcel is packed with care to ensure it arrives safely.
Returns
Can I return my order if I change my mind?
Yes. You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
– Items must be unused and unopened
– Items must be returned in their original condition
Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened products.

Ingredients & Safety
What are your products made from?
Our blends are created using essential oils and carefully selected ingredients, chosen for both aroma and function.
Full INCI ingredient lists are available on each product page and on each product label.
Are your products vegan?
Yes. Our formulations do not contain animal-derived ingredients.
Are your products tested on animals?
No. Hygge & Moss does not test on animals.
Are your products safe during pregnancy?
If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or under medical care, we recommend seeking professional advice before use.
We suggest not using products containing Clary Sage during pregnancy. This is highlighted on product pages and labels.
Are your products suitable for children?
Our products are formulated for adult use and should be kept out of reach of children.
How long do products last once opened?
Each product label includes a PAO (Period After Opening) symbol indicating how long it should be used after opening.
